MBTA Update

Hi Everyone:

We are getting closer to the finish line on the Red Line track work and infrastructure status update from the MBTA officials that we will be getting back to the normal sometime later next week on Monday, September 30, 2024 in the order to resume in the between from Braintree Station to Alewife Station throughout the day and night commute rush hours.

The shuttle buses will remain continue ongoing from the Braintree Station to Ashmont Station throughout this weekend until at the end of the service on Sunday, September 29, 2024 with the latest.

My team have been working around in the clock to monitor on the traffic activity here in the City of Quincy to cover 4 stations such as: North Quincy, Wollaston, Quincy Center and Quincy Adams to make sure that everyone are taking the shuttle buses on the time and on the schedule throughout the day and night without any expecting delays during the busy commute rush hours.

We are making some progress report on the commuter ferry status at the Marina Bay in Squantum area over the last few days and weeks since the Red Line shutdown here in the City of Quincy.

We are doing our best as we can get everything back to the normal as quickly as possible whenever it takes in the order for the T riders can go back to their daily lives and activities where they need to go based on their destination in the order to take the public transportation on the MBTA at anytime and anywhere.

The speed restrictions will come to an end by the end of the year in December 2024 or sometime in the beginning of January 2025 with the latest which I don't have any additional information at this time of moment once we will hear back from the MBTA officials on the timeline when the speed restrictions will be likely to come to an end on the track work status with the Red Line, Orange Line, Green Line and Blue Line situation.

We will get through this together in the order to make sure that every train track are complete as quickly as possible without any further delays in the future reference right here and right now.

We will continue to keep you posted when we are ready to get back to work and get back to the school session begins next week on Monday morning.

Thank you very much for your time and have a great day.

Jimmy Hui
