MBTA Charlie Service Center is now available at 296 Washington Street, Boston, MA in the between with the State Station and Downtown Crossing Station

Hi Everyone:

The MBTA Charlie Service Center is now available to open for the general public at 296 Washington Street, Boston, MA in the between with the State Station (Blue Line) and Downtown Crossing Station (Orange Line and Red Line).

As you know that MBTA CharlieCard Store is no longer to be operated in the Downtown Crossing Concourse and at the State Transportation Building anymore.

Everything have been changing right here and right now since the COVID-19 pandemic hit very hard rapidly back in March 2020.

I hope you will come in at the MBTA Charlie Service Center at anytime and anywhere during the normal business hours of the operations no matter what you need help with any transactions issue on your CharlieCard issue.

I would like to extend a full congratulations to the MBTA officials for their hard work efforts on this busy schedule to come up with a new facility at the MBTA Charlie Service Center here in the City of Boston.

This is a game changer for the MBTA right here and right now that will help T riders and the customers needs help and assistance regarding about the CharlieCard and transaction issues.
