Hi Everyone:
My team have been working very closely with the first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel on the ground in the state of Texas and the Midwest states region around in the clock throughout the day and night to stay on the top of the game over the last 24-48 hours under the short period of the time to deal with the Hurricane Beryl storm surge activity right here and right now.
The emergency evacuation plan have been declared in the state of the emergency in each cities, towns and counties in all across the state lines where the storm were already impacted by the Hurricane Beryl right here and right now.
My team will continue to stay in the touch and communicate with the first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel on the ground from our end so that we will provide them with an additional assistance and resources as much as needed throughout the day and night until the further notice whenever it would be necessary for the time being.
The Emergency Operations Center will not need to be activated for the time being here in my office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation.
I have directed order to my team will continue to lend a hand and to provide a full mutual aid and assistance to stay in the touch and communicate with them through in the virtual response via Microsoft Teams and Zoom only until the further notice under these circumstances once the situation is under the control by each communities were already impacted by the Hurricane Beryl storm.
The help is on the way. The road to the recovery is on the way. The disaster relief operations is on the way.
Mitch Buchanan and the Baywatch team will continue to do virtual response to stay in the touch with all of the counterparts in the region were already impacted by the Hurricane Beryl throughout the day and night until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being.
The virtual disaster response operations will provide with the search and rescue operations to help and communicate with the Emergency Operations Center over in each cities, towns and counties in each states where the storm were already impacted by the Hurricane Beryl.
The new technology tool will help to stay in the touch with the first responders, law enforcement personnel and the emergency crews on the ground for the search and rescue operations only.
We will continue to keep close monitor throughout the day and night as warranted to provide any additional update on the road to the recovery efforts from the Hurricane Beryl situation until the further notice under these circumstances.
