Steward Health must hold an accountable for their own actions and consequences after the hospital closures

Hi Everyone:

Let's try not to blame on Mayor Tom Koch about the Quincy Medical Center after the hospital was being demolished over the last 10 years ago when the Steward Health made a decision to close the Quincy Medical Center few years ago right before the COVID-19 pandemic was hit very hard rapidly back in March 2020.

I'm sure that Mayor Tom Koch and his administration team are aware about what happened on the Steward Health have been already filed their bankruptcy situation in the wake of the financial obligations and the hospital closures in all across the Commonwealth.

Governor Maura Healey and her administration team are working very hard tirelessly around in the clock to make sure that they are holding the Steward Health an accountable for their own actions and consequences in the order to pay ultimate price with a number of the lawsuit right here and right now after the Steward Health made a decision to file the bankruptcy that they are losing money and everything with the hospital facilities in all across the country from coast to coast right here at home.

I do believe that Members of the Congress in the House and Senate will continue to do everything as they can in the power to make sure that Steward Health President/CEO Dr. Ralph de la Torre will come to the congressional hearing at anytime and anywhere in the order to explain what happened on the bankruptcy situation on his organization itself at the Steward Health.

My team from The Jimmy Hui Foundation office will continue to work very closely with the Healey-Driscoll Administration officials to make sure that Quincy residents will provide full scale of resources and assistance regarding about the hospital closures that those patients and families needs to find any providers available in all across the Commonwealth that they can find such as Tufts Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, South Shore Hospital, etc. which we will continue to provide a full mutual support for those needs medical assistance at anytime and anywhere based on their health and well-being.

We are all on the same page and same communication to help those folks needs help and assistance to make sure that they have better care for their health and well-being to see their doctors, nurses and pharmacy at anytime and anywhere at any hospital facilities right here at home.

We are doing everything as we can make sure that Brewster Ambulance will be able to transport anyone who needs medical emergency services in the order to get better care that they need whether it would be heart attack, stroke, cancer, diabetics or others so that folks will be able to see their doctors and nurses at the hospitals to get their medical treatment inside the emergency room.

We are always here to respond at anytime and anywhere throughout the day and night for all emergency services available.

Once again, my team will continue to monitor for any major development on the Steward Health situation throughout the day which we are working very closely with the Healey-Driscoll Administration officials, the state delegations officials and the Members of the Congress in Washington that we are all on the same page right here and right now.

Quincy Police Department's National Night Out Program is back!

I'm very pleased to announce that Quincy Police Department will be hosting their first annual National Night Out program begins next week on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 5:00 -- 9:00 p.m. at Pageant Field: 1 Merrymount Parkway, Quincy, MA to open for the general public are invited with the first time and first serve when the sun goes down into the night throughout this summer season in the order to meet and greet with the men and women of the Quincy Police Department team.

The National Night Out program will great way to stay connect with the residents and the community relationship here in the City of Quincy.

There will be community activity featuring: children's activities, touch-a-truck visit and so much more throughout the night here in the City of Quincy.

I would like to thank Police Chief Mark Kennedy and the men and women of the Quincy Police Department for their hard work efforts to organize on the National Night Out program ever in this busy summer season here in the City of Presidents

I will be looking forward to meet and greet each one of you in the person at Pageant Field to join with the men and women of the Quincy Police Department family including with Police Chief Mark Kennedy as well.

MBTA Charlie Service Center is now available at 296 Washington Street, Boston, MA in the between with the State Station and Downtown Crossing Station

The MBTA Charlie Service Center is now available to open for the general public at 296 Washington Street, Boston, MA in the between with the State Station (Blue Line) and Downtown Crossing Station (Orange Line and Red Line).

As you know that MBTA CharlieCard Store is no longer to be operated in the Downtown Crossing Concourse and at the State Transportation Building anymore.

Everything have been changing right here and right now since the COVID-19 pandemic hit very hard rapidly back in March 2020.

I hope you will come in at the MBTA Charlie Service Center at anytime and anywhere during the normal business hours of the operations no matter what you need help with any transactions issue on your CharlieCard issue.

Summer Games is under the way in Paris, France

Hi Everyone:

This weekly address blog, I wanted to reach out to the American people and the world know that you are watching the 2024 summer games in Paris, France where the athletes are competing right here and right now for the Olympics.

No matter what happens whether win or lose, you should be very proud what you have earned with the pride and dignity to represent for your home country no natter where you come from based on your heart and soul as long as you are earning the medals such as gold, silver or bronze.

I'm rooting for the Team USA all way right here and right now in my heart and soul, because I'm from Quincy, Massachusetts where I'm growing up from Cleveland, Ohio which I was born and raised from my birth childhood when I was baby at that time before came here in the state of Massachusetts where I was lived in Boston, Brookline then came to Quincy in the summer of 1995. 

The only choice that I would like to cheer for the Team USA, because they are my favorite sports team all way in my heart and soul that I will be watching them such as: basketball, soccer, softball, baseball and all of the above no matter what the competition is taking place in Paris, France throughout this summer season as long as they will win the medals such as: gold, silver or bronze medals.

I know these athletes and coaches have been working very hard tirelessly around in the clock throughout the day and night to stay active and stay healthy during this summer season in Paris, France.

The American people should know this: the 2028 summer games will be held in Los Angeles, California. 

I can't wait to see these competition are fired up and ready to go in the American soil for the summer of 2028 when the time will come forward for the next few years from now so that we have plenty of time to focus on this year's summer games first step in the order of the business right here and right now.

President Joe Biden did a great work in the progress to handle with the COVID-19 pandemic crisis in the order to provide a full resource and assistance from the federal government in all across the country right here at home.

I also would like to thank President Joe Biden for helping my wife, Lifang "Lindsay" Zhao's immigration case in the order to become first Asian-American citizen for the first time to pathway to the citizenship to stay here in the City of Quincy.

I would strongly encouraging you to sign up and register for your children or your grandchildren would like to participate for the summer program activities that you would like to join the summer clinic program based on your choice of preference.

You do have plenty of the time to sign up and register available at Quincy Recreation Department's website at www.quincyrec.com with the details until at the end of next month in August once the registration will be closed in each week.

Shooting Investigation Update Briefing Update

Hi Everyone:

I wanted to let you know that my team from The Jimmy Hui Foundation for Law and Government is still working very closely with the federal, state and local partners right here and right now until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being under the direction by Michael Knight and Devon Miles are leading in the charge of the command right here and right now which I have made a decision very loud and crystal clear to conduct a full investigation to gather information about what happened last week on Saturday's shooting incident that took place at Trump Rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

As I said in the recent blog that we don't have additional information to share with you at this time of moment which it is still remain active ongoing investigation to gather more information as much as possible such as classified and can be very compromised and don't want to give out misinformation directly to the American people and to the world so that federal, state and local law enforcement officials are still doing their jobs to conduct an ongoing investigation to gather evidence, interviewing those witnesses at the Trump Rally and doing some forensics analyzing in the order to seek some answers about what happened from last weekend on Saturday's shooting rampage at Trump Rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

We have to be very careful that we don't want to compromise in the entire of the investigation without any bias and misleading information to the American people and to the world.

We don't know what is the motive from last weekend on Saturday's shooting incident at Trump Rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The federal, state and local partners are still assessing at the crime scene until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being.

The United States Secret Service and the law enforcement agencies have been scrambled in and out at the Trump Rally area to deal with the active shooting activity in Butler, Pennsylvania.

We don't have any additional information about the mass casualties at this time of moment for the time being which we are keeping close communication with the federal, state and local partners on the ground to provide an additional assistance and resources as much as possible while the federal, state and local investigation are remain ongoing until the further notice under these circumstances.

The Emergency Operations Center have already established here in my office to stay in the touch and communicate with the federal, state and local partners on the ground in Butler, Pennsylvania where the crime scene is being sealed off until the further notice under these circumstances.

I'm very grateful that Christopher Rooney is being appointed by Mayor Tom Koch in the order to serve as role of Director of Recreation at Quincy Recreation Department to successor and replaced by Michelle Hanly's position in the effective immediately here in the City of Quincy.

Everything have been changing over the last few days and weeks go by too fast and too soon happening here in the City of Presidents.

I do believe that Christopher will be great asset to lead the way and will help to rebuild and gain of the public trust with a full function in the operation at Quincy Recreation Department throughout this summer season here in the City of Quincy.

It's right thing to do. It's right choice. It's right decision. I will do everything as I can help Christopher with a few pointers and few things in the order to operate at Quincy Recreation Department throughout the future generations here in the City of Quincy.

Christopher is a great friend of mine for more than years ago. I know him very well along with their siblings: Terrance and Emily. They are great people and great family. My team have been working very closely with the first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel on the ground in the state of Texas and the Midwest states region around in the clock throughout the day and night to stay on the top of the game over the last 24-48 hours under the short period of the time to deal with the Hurricane Beryl storm surge activity right here and right now.

The emergency evacuation plan have been declared in the state of the emergency in each cities, towns and counties in all across the state lines where the storm were already impacted by the Hurricane Beryl right here and right now.

My team will continue to stay in the touch and communicate with the first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel on the ground from our end so that we will provide them with an additional assistance and resources as much as needed throughout the day and night until the further notice whenever it would be necessary for the time being.

The Emergency Operations Center will not need to be activated for the time being here in my office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation.

I have directed order to my team will continue to lend a hand and to provide a full mutual aid and assistance to stay in the touch and communicate with them through in the virtual response via Microsoft Teams and Zoom only until the further notice under these circumstances once the situation is under the control by each communities were already impacted by the Hurricane Beryl storm.

The help is on the way. The road to the recovery is on the way. The disaster relief operations is on the way.

I have been received a full briefing with my team from The Jimmy Hui Foundation for Law and Government and The North Quincy Nights Strategic Response Unit are keeping close monitoring on the storm activity regarding about the Hurricane Beryl right here and right now. 

We are all on the same page and we are all on the same communication to make sure that first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel are working very closely to stay on the top of the game to know what's happening regarding about the Hurricane Beryl storm will be coming their way into their shores right here and right now.

I'm urging the people of Texas and the Midwest states region needs to be ready and needs to be prepare in the effective immediately before the Hurricane Beryl will be making landfall at anytime and anywhere in the week or so when the time will come forward with the heavy rainfall, the power outages, with the potential flooding, with the possible of strong wind gusts and all of the above.

This is the time to act now to be ready, to be prepare and to be on the move as quickly as possible in the order to save a lot of lives on the line right here and right now.

We will mobilizing with a full scale of the resources and assistance as much as possible whenever it would be necessary to provide for an additional public health, safety, security and transportation as much as possible before, during and after the storm throughout the day and night.

The Emergency Operations Center did a great job here in my office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation to monitor on what's happening in the Hough's Neck bonfire and on the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectaculars event on this busy summer kickoff right here at home.

We are all working together as a team to coordinate with the first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel on the ground throughout the day and night on July 3rd and July 4th.

It's right thing to do. It's right thing to do for the public health, safety, security and transportation matters right here at home. It's right thing to do in the order to protect the self-preservation of the human lives including with the men, women, children, elderly and disabled citizens in the harm's way right here at home on July 4th celebration.

Happy 4th of July from my family to yours, I wanted to take an opportunity to share with you in this brief message right here on the blog that I'm very deeply pleased that you have given me a lot of support and blessing coming from the family and friends in all across the community based on the social media platform such as: Facebook, Instagram, Threads and X about my three precious daughters: Juliana, Jessica and Josephine and of course, my wife, Lifang "Lindsay" Zhao and my mother-in-law, Quanzhu Liao as well.

Juliana is just finished up her final 2 years of the preschool at QCAP Head Start in Quincy Point as she is ready to hit the summer season to be with her family for a little while right here and right now. I believe she is already growing up too fast and too soon for the time being as she is already turned at age of 5 years old since her birthday was held back on Valentine's Day. 

Juliana will be looking forward to attend her first day of the kindergarten at Beechwood Knoll Elementary School in the beginning of the fall of 2024. 

Don't worry, I have best school resource officer in a good spirits and in a good hands from the Quincy Police Department to be on the lookout for my daughter, Juliana Hui at all times so that he will report to Police Chief Mark Kennedy directly in the case of an emergency situation throughout the 2024-2025 school year cycle. 

Jessica is already turned at age of 2 years old back in February of this year. She is getting bigger at this time of year. I believe she is not there yet to be ready for the preschool at this moment which we are still in the process to be part of the waiting list until the further notice under these circumstances once she will turn at age of 3 years old next year in February 2025. 

My wife and I will have to decide which school would be best interest for Jessica's needs either with the QCAP Head Start or Quincy Public Schools based on the choice of preference.

Josephine is already turned at age of 8 months old since she was given birth at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth back in October 2023. 

Soon, her birthday will be coming up in the next 3 months away from now until in the month of October 2024 which she will be turning at age of 1 years old. 

This weekly address blog, I would like to take an opportunity to talk you about the July 4th celebration in the time of year that we would like to be part of this tradition as the summer kickoff is under the way right here and right now.

July 4th is my favorite holiday and so do you too. It's tradition with the patriotic spirits to bring the community together right here in the City of Presidents that we can be with our family, friends, neighbors, loved ones, children, grandchildren, colleagues, co-workers, classmates, teammates, roommates and so much more. You name it. 

We are all united right here and right now. We are all in this together to celebrate on July 4th to watch the fireworks, listen the patriotic music and entertainment, cookout, bonfire and all of the above. 

Let's have some fun and have a good time with our family and friends where we are belong as the summer season is just getting started in the month of July. 

Since the COVID-19 pandemic come to an ended, we are all back together and we are all back to the normal where we are belong right here and right now. 

That's why, Quincy is back. America is back. Massachusetts is back. We are all back. You know, I keep saying all the time on the social media platform since the Flag Day Parade celebration after the pandemic was hit very hard rapidly back in March 2020.

I would like to thank my team from The Jimmy Hui Foundation for Law and Government and The North Quincy Nights Strategic Response Unit for their hard work efforts to cover the public health, safety, security and transportation around in the clock during in the day and night to keep the peace, keep the community safe and keep our first responders safe haven in the harm's way in all across the citywide here in Quincy and in all across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

That's why, we do care about the self-preservation of the human lives including with the men, women, children, elderly and disabled citizens for their health, safety and well-being in all across the community right here at home.

We have a lot of work to do in the order to protect the community and to protect the country in the harm's way throughout the day and night right here at home and abroad.

We will continue to pray for the first responders, health care workers and the emergency personnel for their health, safety and well-being on the front lines every single day and night to keep our community safe haven in the harm's way during on July 4th celebration right here at home and abroad. 

We thank them for their work that they do in the order to save a lot of innocent people's lives on the line whether life or death situation when comes to the emergency situation at anytime and anywhere.

Office will remain close at 12:30 p.m. today here in the City of Quincy!

Hi Everyone:

My office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation and The Happy Acres Foundation will be closing at 12:30 p.m. today in the order to observance of July 4th celebration and will be remain closed for the rest of the day and tomorrow on Thursday, July 4, 2024 here in the City of Quincy.

My team from The Jimmy Hui Foundation for Law and Government and The North Quincy Nights Strategic Response Unit will be remain on the call throughout the day and night for the emergency services as usual in all across the citywide here in the City of Quincy and in all across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for any major disaster strikes right here at home.

There is no potential threat level at this moment for the time being on July 4th celebration. Everything is under the control as usual for the time being right here in the City of Presidents. 

We will continue to be remain in the vigilant and on the alert throughout the day and night on July 3rd and July 4th celebration right here at home. 

We do have enough personnel are available to work on the full coverage to keep the City of Presidents safe haven throughout the day and night here at home.

We are really appreciate everyone for their time to provide a full coverage on July 3rd and July 4th shift availability to be on the call and to be on the standby mode just in the case if something happens here at home.

July 4th Celebration is still on as the scheduled and as the planned

Hi Everyone:

As you know that our office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation and The Happy Acres Foundation will be remain close early tomorrow on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. here in the City of Quincy because of the July 4th observance. 

We will be remain closed on Thursday, July 4, 2024 for the holiday observance here in the City of Quincy and return back to the office on Friday, July 5, 2024 during the normal business hours of the operations as usual for the time being.

We are very super busy here in the City of Quincy as the summer kickoff under the way in the month of July.

I would like to thank my team for their hard work efforts to take care of our organization up and running in a good condition right here and right now which we are taking a full responsibility to manage and fiscal responsibility with a full check and balance that we have already approved for the fiscal year 2025 proposal here in my office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation and The Happy Acres Foundation.

We are back to the normal range right here and right now in our official website up and running in a good condition for the time being since the pandemic was hit very hard rapidly back in March 2020.

Nothing will ever change in our official website at The Jimmy Hui Foundation for the next couple of years from now until the further notice which we are in a good relationship with the vendor from the Webnode.

My team from The Jimmy Hui Foundation for Law and Government and The North Quincy Nights Strategic Response Unit have been assigned to do for the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectaculars event in the order to assist with the Boston Police Department, Cambridge Police Department, MBTA Transit Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police Department at the Esplanade begins on Thursday, July 4, 2024.

We will be keep close monitor on the crowd control throughout the day and night in the City of Boston and the City of Cambridge border line and the MBTA stations here in the City of Quincy as well.

The Emergency Operations Center will be activating here in my office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation to get ready for the Hough's Neck bonfire begins tomorrow night in Hough's Neck neighborhood area to assist with the Quincy Police Department on the ground throughout the day and night when the sun goes down into the night here in the City of Quincy.

We will do our best as we can try to keep the peace and keep the community safe environment throughout this summer season here in the City of Quincy.

We are always here for you whenever you need an additional assistance and resources as much as support throughout the day and night.

Statement on the Karen Read's Trial Update

Hi Everyone:

I have spoke with Sergeant Joe Friday and Officer Bill Gannon here in my office at The Jimmy Hui Foundation since they were returned from the Norfolk County Superior Courthouse in Dedham after the judge have been announced it was mistrial on the case of Karen Read after the jurors have been deliberating since began last week on Tuesday after the closing argument wrap it up here in the courtroom.

There is no official verdict on the case of Karen Read at this time of moment. 

It was being declared for the mistrial by the judge have been announced today in the courtroom.

It was tough case to review these testimony, evidence and cases over the last few days and weeks here at the Norfolk County Superior Courthouse in Dedham.

I thank Sergeant Joe Friday and Officer Bill Gannon for their time to assist with the law enforcement officials on the ground at Norfolk County Superior Courthouse in Dedham over the last two or three days. 

I can't comment whether or not if the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office will try to retrial on the case of Karen Read. 

I will send Sergeant Joe Friday and Officer Bill Gannon back to Norfolk County Superior Courthouse in Dedham to assist with the law enforcement officials until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being if necessary.
