Technical Support Update

Hi Everyone:

I apologize for any inconvenience on this short notice that my laptop have dealing with the low storage issue for some reasons lately right here and right now.

I have already notified the technician to have a full repair on the laptop to upgrade on the hard drive without any risk of the losing files, app and everything in the system.

It won't take any longer right after Thanksgiving weekend, we need to let the technician to do their work and do their jobs to get thing done as quickly as possible whenever it takes right here and right now.

I do really appreciate with all of your cooperation and patience that we will get back to the normal as quickly as possible right here and right now throughout this holiday season.
