Hi Everyone:
My team have been working very hard tirelessly around in the clock to stay in the touch with the MBTA officials, MBTA Transit Police Department officials, Massachusetts State Police Department officials, Boston Police Department officials and the Yankee Bus officials throughout the day and night to monitor very closely on the shuttle buses in the between from North Quincy Station to Broadway Station and JFK/UMass Station to Broadway Station real time right here and right now.
We are hoping that we will return back to the normal service sometime next week on Monday, November 11, 2024 during on Veteran's Day weekend here in the City of Quincy.
We will make sure that everyone will return to their daily lives and activities as usual for the time being in the order to return back to the regular service to take Red Line service where they are belong right here and right now.
We are doing our best as we can make sure that we will get through this process in the order to get Red Line service back up and running as quickly as possible once the track work will be complete without any delay.
The Emergency Operations Center will continue to keep close monitor on the traffic activity in the real time throughout the day and night to stay in the touch and communicate directly with the MBTA officials, MBTA Transit Police Department officials, Massachusetts State Police Department officials, Boston Police Department officials and the Yankee Bus officials on the ground throughout the day and night until the further notice under these circumstances.
We will make sure that everyone are able to get to work on the time, get to the school on the time, get to the doctor's appointment on the time, get to the airport terminals on the time, get to the train terminals or get to the bus terminals on the time without any delay during the commute rush hours due to the shuttle buses activity.
We will keep you posted up-to-date when we have one more final Red Line service in the upcoming days or weeks ahead down on the road so that we will return back to the normalcy when the time will come forward right here and right now.
Thank you very much for your time and have a great weekend.
Jimmy Hui
