The President/Chief Executive Officer have already received a full approval from City Solicitor Jim Timmins that he will be on the administrative leave to serve as role of Public Safety Officer for a quite period of time until the further notice under these circumstances while he is taking on the personal matter situation.
The approval have been granted by City Solicitor Jim Timmins's requested for the President/Chief Executive Officer will need to take his personal time to go through this process needs to be done as quickly as possible without any delay.
The President/Chief Executive Officer doesn't have any specific timeline when he is ready to return back on the field to serve as role of Public Safety Officer until his situation is being resolved in the timely manner.
The President/Chief Executive Officer is still remain on the administrative leave right here and right now until the further notice due to his personal matter once the situation is being resolved as quickly as possible whenever it takes right here and right now.
As role of interim President/Chief Executive Officer, I will be happy to take over for him until his return back to the office when the time will come forward to take care of this business as quickly as possible without any status quo.
The President/Chief Executive Officer and I have talked briefly that he wants to make sure that organization is not going away at anytime and anywhere until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being.
We have a lot of work to do ahead of us throughout this winter season here at home. We know that President/Chief Executive Officer needs some privacy and needs some space for the time being due to the personal matter issue that he needs to take care of the business until the further notice under these circumstances.
The President/Chief Executive Officer will continue to stay in the touch and stay informed with me directly in the private conversation during in the closed door meeting.
The President/Chief Executive Officer will not go anywhere. The President/Chief Executive Officer is still remain on the administrative leave while he needs to go through these process to play out on the course to deal with his personal matter that needs to be take care of issue right here and right now in the effective immediately.
The President/Chief Executive Officer will continue to work with the FLAG team directly on his personal matter situation for the time being until the further notice.
The FLAG team will be assigned on President/Chief Executive Officer's case until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being.
I will leave to that FLAG team will be working very closely with the President/Chief Executive Officer in a good hands and in a good spirits to lead away on this particular case for the time being until the further notice under these circumstances.
