We are still working around in the clock as the weather advisory are still remain in the effective to be issued on the red flag warning, air quality warning and so much more until the further notice under these circumstances due to the brush fire activity in the state of California.

The President/Chief Executive Officer is staying on the top of the game to monitor very closely on the brush fire activity and wildfire activity until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being.

I have already stay in the touch with the Los Angeles County counterparts team for an update and progress report for the next few days, weeks or months ahead down on the road for the time being until the further notice under these circumstances.. 

As far as I'm concern that many of the businesses, homes, schools, infrastructures, roads, bridges, sidewalks and everything have been completely destroyed by the wildfire. 

The help is on the way. The disaster relief is on the way.

The President/Chief Executive Officer will continue to stay in the touch and stay informed up-to-speed on what's happening in Los Angeles, California throughout the day and night until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being.

The Baywatch team have been already stay in the touch and stay in a full contact directly with the Los Angeles County Lifeguard officials on the ground until the further notice under these circumstances for the time being.

Mitch Buchanan and Stephanie Holden have already made an announcement to start beginning deployment availability to send 25,000 Baywatch team personnel will travel to Los Angeles, California begins tomorrow morning in the order to focus on the mission to work on the search and rescue operations throughout the day and night until the further notice under these circumstances.

The Baywatch team will be ready to help and work with the Los Angeles counterparts on the ground throughout the day and night shift hours whenever it is necessary in the order to focus on the mission to save people's lives and to work on the search and rescue operations to assist with the first responders on the ground where the wildfire have been already destroyed in the residential neighborhood areas in Los Angeles, California.

The FLAG and SRU team personnel are still on the ground in Los Angeles, California to work very closely with the first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel on the ground over the last 24-48 hours right here and right now.

We are making some progress in the order to get these fire under the control with the number of containment are still improving over the last 24-48 hours. 

We are still have more work to do for the next few days until the further notice depends on the Mother Nature will have to play out on the course.

There is no specific timeline when we will return back to their home in the residential neighborhood to see if their home have been already destroyed, major or minor damage or total loss from the wildfire activity in Los Angeles, California.

We are staying in a full communication with the Los Angeles counterparts officials on the ground right here and right now to provide a full additional assistance and resources whenever it would necessary for a full manpower as much as necessary for the time being until the further notice under these circumstances.

The President/Chief Executive Officer have received a full briefing an update on the regularly basis to gathering information about the wildfire situation in Los Angeles, California. 

The President/Chief Executive Officer is still remain on the administrative leave of absence at this moment for the time being which he is staying informed and keeping in the touch with me directly on the regularly basis.

As role of interim President/Chief Executive Officer, I have already made a decision to make sure that we are going to send an additional manpower and additional deployment available whenever it is appropriate to respond in the major disaster strikes in Los Angeles, California. 

We will make sure that every tool, every resource and every manpower whenever it is necessary to help those are being displaced from their homes in their community have been impacted by the wildfire activity in Los Angeles, California.

The FLAG and SRU team have been dispatched on the ground in the state of California to mobilizing a full scale of the resources and assistance in the time of crisis.

The President/Chief Executive Officer is continuing to receive a full briefing on the daily basis regarding about the wildfire situation while he is currently on the administrative leave of absence for the time being until the further notice. 

The President/Chief Executive Officer is staying in the touch with the Interim President/Chief Executive Officer directly for an update on the wildfire situation in the state of California.

As far as we go forward, the Baywatch team will continue to work very closely with the Los Angeles County Lifeguard team on the ground to make sure that all of the beaches are remain closed due to the air quality based on the health, safety and well-being while the firefighters are currently working around in the clock to contain these hotspots as quickly as possible for the next few days or weeks ahead down on the road.

The Baywatch team is staying in the touch with the Los Angeles County Fire Department directly to make sure that lifeguard personnel are not leaving the behind right here and right now so that they will continue to make sure that all of the beaches are being shut down due to the air quality and public health safety reason for the people of California and the tourists for their health, safety and well-being on their daily lives and activities as well. 

Roy DeSoto and John Gage are working very closely with the first responders, law enforcement officials and the emergency personnel on the ground right here and right now in the state of California.

I have been received a full briefing with my team from The Jimmy Hui Foundation for Law and Government and The North Quincy Nights Strategic Response Unit on the brush fire activity in state of California right here and right now.

We are currently monitoring very closely right here and right now in the time of crisis. We are working very closely with the federal, state and local partners on the ground to provide a full scale of resources with a full manpower whenever it would necessary for an additional public health, safety, security and transportation whenever it takes in the order to help those are being displaced from their homes in the state of California.

I have directed order to Roy DeSoto and John Gage will stay in the touch with the federal, state and local partners on the ground right here and right now to provide a full scale of resources and assistance in the major disaster relief efforts to deal with the brush fire activity in the state of California.

I have already briefed with the President/Chief Executive Officer today to provide an update on the brush fire activity while he is currently on the administrative leave of absence at this time. 

The President/Chief Executive Officer is aware of that situation about the brush fire activity right now in the state of California. 

I have directed order to my team will send an additional 10,000 SRU team personnel and 15 FLAG team personnel to respond in the state of California to assist with the search and rescue operations as needed.

The President/Chief Executive Officer and I have discussed briefly to go over these upcoming fiscal year 2026 proposal that we would like to see what we can make some modifications to change for the fiscal year cycle for our organization here at The Jimmy Hui Foundation and The Happy Acres Foundation.

We are looking at the computer model and the data might be slight change rapidly over these years since the pandemic was hit very hard back in March 2020.

The fiscal year 2026 will have to make some modification for our organization to see what kind change in the effective beginning on July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

We have to save the fiscal year cycle very wisely and we have to save the funding without the waste of the money.

FY 2026 - The Jimmy Hui Foundation & The Happy Acres Foundation:

Office Hours of the Operations:

• Summer of 2025 - July 1 through August 31
• Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. -- 2:00 p.m.
• July 3: 8:30 a.m. -- 12:30 p.m.
• School Year 2025-2026: September 1 through June 30

• Extension contract to continuing partnership with the Bravenet for an additional 5 years so that website are remain in the active to create a new look, style and new design.

We have a lot of responsibilities and duties in the order to keep our organization are up and running in the meter throughout the day and night so that we have to be there for the folks who are desperate needs our assistance at anytime and anywhere right here and right now.

We are always there for them whenever they need our assistance for the public health, safety, security and transportation matters right here and right now.

The FY 2026 proposal will have to be approved in the upcoming spring season to review right here and right now.

We will take it ourselves to call for a new change to come right here and right now for the next few days, weeks and months ahead down on the road.

The President/Chief Executive Officer and I have discussed briefly last week that we will continue to explore options in the order to keep organization moving forward in the right directions throughout the day and night right here and right now.

The President/Chief Executive Officer will continue to stay in the touch and receive any briefing regularly basis from time to time while he is on the administrative leave of absence whenever it takes in the order to response for any incident are happening here at home and abroad.

The President/Chief Executive Officer is not going anywhere and won't leave anything behind right here and right now.

I will be handling everything as quickly as possible in the order to keep the organization up and running right here and right now at The Jimmy Hui Foundation and The Happy Acres Foundation in a good condition.

There will be no timeline when the President/Chief Executive Officer will return back in the office at this moment.

As far as I'm concern that we understand that he have been going through with his health, safety and well-being over the last few days, weeks and months since last month in December.

The President/Chief Executive Officer wants to make sure that everything runs smoothly as usual for the time being throughout this winter season here at home.

I can't share with you directly further to know what exactly going on the daily life based on my health, safety and well-being are already impacted over the last few days, weeks and months.

I won't be able to comment on that personal matter at this time of moment for the time being until the further notice once the situation is being resolved. 

I have directed order to my senior staff and public safety team will be handling on their performance and duties to focus on the public health, safety, security and transportation to keep the community safe haven in the harm's way right here at home and abroad.

I have directed order to my team will continue to do their part to focus on the job and duties to work in the entire organization remain ongoing throughout the day and night until the further notice under these circumstances without any distraction right here and right now.

I have directed order to my senior staff and public safety team will work with the Quincy Police Department and Norfolk County District Attorney's Office to conduct an ongoing active case until the further notice for the time being.
